industry, including smart contacts for a multinational
automaker in the automotive sector. These projects ensured
an expansion of the contact base, closer relationship with

Using the Take Blip platform to build conversational flow,
integrated with cognitive services such as Watson, Dialog
Flow and MS QnAMaker. Integration with third party systems
through the implementation of REST APIs in C# / Asp.Net
